Two ways to use it

On your own

A single account lets you track your own site, and maybe a couple of friends' or occasional clients' sites too, with no extra structure to set up. No users to invite, no permissions to configure: open the account, add your monitors, and follow the rest from one dashboard.

As an agency

If there's a team behind it instead, with a client list growing month after month, that same account organizes itself into separate users. Everyone sees the monitors that concern them, with different permissions for whoever administers the whole package versus whoever just needs to check on the sites they follow. It isn't a different version of the product, it's the same account simply scaling up when it needs to.

The branding is yours

Public status pages, the ones you can share with a client or drop into a "service status" page, carry your name, your colors and your logo, not ours. Whoever looks at them sees your agency's work, full stop. And if the number of sites you track grows over time, you move up a package when you need to, without moving everything to a different tool and losing the history you've already built up.
