Etizei is a European uptime monitor, made in Italy

Etizei is built and run in Italy. It isn't an international product with an Italian coat of paint bolted on: it's designed, written and operated here, by Striom, the Monza-based digital agency the project grew out of. That said, it's a solution useful internationally, not just for sites based in Italy: the difference shows up in the details, wherever you operate.

A European alternative, not just a translated one

Plenty of monitoring tools are built elsewhere and reach Europe only once their interface gets translated. Etizei started from the opposite direction: it was shaped by watching, up close, across dozens of sites Striom manages for its own clients, what an agency, a freelancer or a small business actually needs to sleep well about their site, wherever it's based.

Main nodes in Italy, built to evolve

The infrastructure running Etizei's checks has its main nodes in Italy. We deliberately don't go into exactly where: the infrastructure stays flexible on purpose, built to grow, change and improve over time instead of staying fixed to today's setup.

Real support, not a ticket queue

When you write in with a problem or a question, the people who answer are the same people who write the code, not an automated form or an offshored support tier. Assisted setup, for anyone who'd rather not configure things alone, follows the same principle: it isn't outsourced to a different team somewhere else, it's the same team building Etizei every day.

Etizei is a product of Striom, a company based in Monza, Italy. That means European billing, a real point of contact, and a service answerable to Italian and EU law, not a contract written for a different market than yours.
